keto pizza pinit

Keto Pizza – A crispy, chewy fathead dough pizza base topped with rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and your favorite toppings. This is the keto recipe that finally makes you forget about regular pizza. The fathead crust gets beautifully golden and actually stays crispy under the toppings.

Keto Pizza

Fathead dough is the keto world's greatest invention. Mozzarella and cream cheese melt together to form a dough that – when baked – gets golden, crispy on the outside, and chewy in the middle, just like a real pizza crust. Add your favorite toppings and you've got a pizza night that doesn't derail your macros.

Note

Pre-baking the crust is the secret to avoiding a soggy pizza. The hot baking stone or inverted tray mimics a pizza oven and gives you that crispy bottom. For a crisper crust, use a pizza crisper pan or cast iron skillet. Don't skip the pre-bake!
