  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line or grease an 8-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cacao powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then add melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool completely before slicing or frosting.
