- Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line or grease an 8-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cacao powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then add melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing or frosting.
