Recipe: 2 lbs asparagus (lay out on a sheet
pan after cleaning and trimming) drizzle with avocado oil, season with garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. 3 lbs chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces. I fry my chicken in a little butter with Greek seasoning and Cajun seasoning. Add your cooked chicken to the top of the asparagus. Add about 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 17 oz alfredo sauce.
